How we support Employers
The Connect to Work programme in York and North Yorkshire supports employers by helping to match motivated, work-ready candidates with local job opportunities. We work closely with employers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored support, including pre-screening, skills development and in-work assistance for new starters.
By working with Connect to Work, employers can access a wider talent pool, reduce recruitment costs and contribute to positive outcomes within the community. The programme is flexible, free to employers and designed to make hiring easier, more efficient and more inclusive.
