Information for Referral Partners

The Connect to Work programme in York and North Yorkshire offers a supportive pathway for individuals who would benefit from personalised help to move into employment. Referral partners can confidently signpost people knowing they will receive one-to-one guidance, confidence building, skills development and access to local opportunities tailored to their needs. We work collaboratively with organisations across the region to ensure a referral process, regular communication and shared outcomes.

By working together, we can help individuals overcome barriers and achieve meaningful, sustainable progress towards work.

How can you work with us?

• You can signpost an individual to this webpage and they can complete our Expression of Interest form.
• If an individual needs more support, you can contact our triage officer who will be able to support individuals to complete the Expression of Interest form.
• You can work with our delivery partners and refer individuals directly to them.
• Our delivery partners may want to hear about other support your organisation offers to support participants.
