Clean Slate Solutions is an award winning charity supporting people with a past conviction into paid employment across North Yorkshire and Teesside.

Working in partnership with social value driven employers across North Yorkshire and Teesside, our team provides mentored support to candidates who are stable, ready, and committed to finding employment. Our approach is focused on transparency and kindness, ensuring when we advocate on behalf of our candidates, they have the best opportunity of succeeding.

We believe in giving everyone a fair chance, but we also adhere to a specific criteria to ensure successful placements which includes:

– A genuine desire for employment
– Stable housing (excluding hostels or supported living)
– Freedom from substance misuse
– Exclusion of high-risk candidates or those with sexual offence convictions
