Overview

Connect to Work is a voluntary, UK Government funded supported employment programme designed to help people with disabilities, long term health conditions, or complex personal barriers find, secure and sustain meaningful employment. Its purpose is to reduce economic inactivity by supporting individuals who are unemployed as well as those already in work but at risk of losing their job through tailored, one to one guidance.

Working for Health delivers personalised employment support using an evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. This means working closely with individuals to understand their strengths, aspirations and needs, matching them with suitable job opportunities, and providing ongoing in-work support to ensure long-term success.
