Overview

The project focuses on supporting disadvantaged families and people with SEND in a bespoke and holistic way. Each participant is provided with tailored support based on their individual needs, ranging from confidence-building to support with entering employment. Based on the needs identified, the project also engages with employers to set up opportunities like interviews, work tasters and volunteering to the individuals supported. Referral routes are through organisations within CYC as well as external organisations and self-referral.
