We Offer personalised Career Planning: We work closely with each individual to identify their unique strengths, interests, skills, and career goals.
1-to-1 Job Coaching: Our dedicated Job Coaches provide on-the-job training and mentoring, helping customers learn their roles, build workplace confidence, and transition to working independently.
Employer Matching & Support: We connect job seekers with inclusive local employers, offering ongoing advice to businesses to ensure a smooth, accessible, and successful onboarding process.
In-Work Support: Our commitment doesn’t end on day one. We provide long-term, touchpoint support to ensure both the employee and employer remain happy.
