Our Supported Internship Programme is a structured, work-based study programme designed specifically for young people with additional needs or an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment, equipping interns with the practical skills, confidence, and hands-on experience they need to secure paid work.
We partner with local employers to offer tailored, real-world work placements that align with each intern’s interests and career goals.

Dedicated Job Coaches: Every intern is matched with a professional Job Coach who provides 1-to-1 on-the-job support, helping them learn tasks, adapt to the workplace culture, and gradually transition to independent working.
Tailored Work Placements: We source meaningful roles across various industries, ensuring the placement is a great fit for both the intern and the employer.
