Overview

Building an inclusive, supportive workplace is one of the most valuable investments a business can make, but knowing where to start can feel overwhelming. Delivered by Curious Edge and OT4me, this programme helps employers across York and North Yorkshire build more inclusive, safe and high-performing workplaces through free practical, expert-led support.
Combining leadership coaching and occupational therapy expertise, this programme takes a workshop-based approach. Micro businesses and SMEs join cohort groups to share learning and grow together, while larger businesses receive in-house delivery shaped around their workforce and culture.
Topics include mental health and wellbeing, neurodiversity, inclusive leadership, communication skills, sensory-friendly workplaces, confidence and resilience, and creating cultures of belonging.
