Overview

The Thriving Workplaces and People Employer Support Programme provides fully funded support for businesses across York and North Yorkshire to help create inclusive, supportive and healthy workplace environments. Delivered through a partnership of trusted experts, the programme offers workshops, consultancy, coaching and practical support focused on employee engagement, leadership development, wellbeing, neurodiversity and inclusive HR practices. Support includes leadership and management development, employee engagement surveys, wellbeing masterclasses, neurodiversity workshops, occupational health support and HR consultancy. The programme is funded through the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority using Department for Work and Pensions Get Britain Working Economic Inactivity Trailblazer funding and is available until March 2027.
