Overview

Rise2Thrive Trailblazer is a York and North Yorkshire employability support programme.
Funded by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority through the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer programme, Rise2Thrive Trailblazer supports adults who are economically inactive and facing barriers to engaging with and sustaining employment.
Through personalised one-to-one support, mentoring and access to specialist interventions, participants are supported to build confidence, improve health and wellbeing, develop skills, and overcome barriers that may be preventing them from thriving in life and in work. The programme takes a holistic, person-centred approach, ensuring participants receive the right support, at the right time, tailored to their individual needs.

The programme runs until March 2027, with a particular focus on supporting key groups, including:

• 16-24yr olds
• 50-64yr olds
• Individuals experiencing long term sickness
