Overview
A free service for neurodivergent adults aged 18+, including those who are self-identified or currently waiting for an autism and/or ADHD assessment.
The service offers information and guidance, needs-led bookable one-to-one appointments, peer support drop-in sessions, and a programme of psychoeducation designed to help individuals better understand themselves, their strengths, and the impact of neurodivergence on their daily lives.
Support is available both online and in person, helping people to access the support that works best for them.
Please note that this service is not able to provide crisis intervention or support for individuals experiencing complex mental health issues.
