York Internships connects employers with skilled students for short, flexible projects (typically 4–12 weeks) designed to deliver real business impact. Roles can be full-time or part-time, and delivered in-person, hybrid or remotely.

We support you through the recruitment process up to interview stage – helping you shape the role, promote the opportunity, and manage applications and shortlisting – so you quickly reach high-quality candidates. Employers then take the lead on interviewing, contracting and paying the intern directly.
