What is You Choose?
If you’re aged 16-24, not in education, training or employment, and unsure what to do next, You Choose can help. Whether you’re looking for work, training or a confidence boost, we’ll support you to take the next step.
You’ll be matched with a dedicated Key Worker who will help you set goals, explore opportunities and create a plan tailored to you. There’s no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach – it’s all about what works for you.

Support includes:
• CV writing and job applications
• Interview preparation
• Job search support
• Maths and English
• Work experience
• Teamwork, communication and life skills

We can also help with confidence, anxiety, travel and other barriers that may be holding you back.

Who can take part?
• Aged 16-24
• Not in education, training or work
• Want support with your next step
