C4C Practice Cafe

A monthly forum to practice either coaching or mentoring, helping you build your experience and practice hours. It offers a safe, supportive and informal environment for you to practice coaching or mentoring and build your confidence and experience alongside your peer group.
It offers the opportunity to connect with their peers who are likewise learning to coach or mentor.  Wherever possible, you will be matched with someone on your programme, at your level of training and experience and/or someone outside of your own business.

Who can attend?
Employees whose employer is registered in York and North Yorkshire currently enrolled on our coaching or mentoring training programmes
Employees whose employer is registered York and North Yorkshire who have recently completed coaching or mentoring training.
Employees whose employer is registered York or North Yorkshire looking to practice coaching or mentoring.
