kNavigator Training helps people develop the confidence, knowledge and skills to signpost others towards the right opportunities. Participants learn about local learning, employment and wellbeing options, explore trusted sources of careers information and support, and gain practical tools to help people make informed decisions about their future.
Delivered over two interactive 2-hour sessions, either online or in person, the training supports anyone who provides information, advice or guidance in their workplace, voluntary role or community. Participants will also create a career action plan and be introduced to CiCi, the Careers Chatbot.
