Adult Neurodiversity Support is a free service for neurodivergent adults aged 18+, including those who are self-identified or waiting for an autism and/or ADHD assessment.
It benefits individuals seeking support to better understand their neurodivergence, build on their strengths, and access guidance to help navigate everyday life.
Through one-to-one support, peer sessions, psychoeducation, and practical guidance, participants can:
